Position Overview:
Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will craft, develop, and execute comprehensive communication strategies that effectively articulate our organization's mission, goals, and objectives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating compelling content across various platforms—including digital, print, and social media.

Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for a variety of platforms including websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating responses to media inquiries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring effective communication before, during, and after events.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and insights for communication materials.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or content creation (minimum of 3 years).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
