Summary

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to provide dedicated management of project timelines, budgets and processes for cross-functional communications teams. This person will hold teams accountable to deadlines, eliminate roadblocks that pose threats to project completion and drive toward clear decisions when scope or expectations change. They will orchestrate creative work across communications projects, identifying interdependencies and gaining efficiencies within the production process.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Create and manage tactical project timelines, review schedules and budgets
  • Lead project standup meetings and drive work forward
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and eliminate roadblocks
  • Serve as business point of contact with external creative resources
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve project workflows and create efficiencies across team processes

Who You Are:


You are a systems thinker motivated by creating structure and organization within complex projects. You are adaptable to evolving requirements and can lead project teams effectively by respecting the creative process while remaining committed to project timelines. Your strong interpersonal position helps you to excel at navigating difficult conversations and reach consensus across multiple stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2-5 years working experience in creative project management
  • Business fluency in English
  • Exemplary organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to independently manage time and prioritize workload


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience working in a communications project environment
  • Experience using Workfront, Smartsheet or other project management tools + software
  • Proven ability to negotiate with teams to reconcile competing business outcomes
