Hybrid Work Environment - Must reside in Hawaii Pay Range: $68,000 - $133,000 Note: Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range The Communications Program Manager is a key member of HMSA's Communications team and is responsible for providing project management leadership and strategic communications counsel and guidance to HMSA business areas and executives for corporate programs and projects that support and advance the mission and business. Works collaboratively with internal and external staff, as well as HMSA partners and vendors, to guide strategic discussions and recommends the best options for achieving communications, brand and marketing alignment, and the desired goals and outcomes. Working together with internal and external partners, helps and develops and drives strategic communications plans with deliberate and measurable goals to inform and engage targeted audiences. Collaborates with Communications management to plan, direct, implement and monitor the performance of programs and projects that are highly strategic and of critical importance, work directly with and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across audiences, departments, and channels.
