The position will enhance employer brand and leverage different communication channels to ensure effective employee communication and improve employee engagement and motivation.
Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute culture development initiatives in-line with global themes
Coordinate global communication projects
Design and implement various activities and leverage different channels enhance employer brand
Manage contents for internal communication channels including town halls, employee newsletters, intranet, posters, e-mails, etc.
Manage corporate events & activities including annual event, family day, programmer’s day, corporate team building, etc.
Develop CSR programs & activates
Lead team for the operation of Wechat company account, video account and the follower Wechat group
Manage club activities & budget
Assist with other internal employee related activities as needed QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in business, communication, marketing related field
A minimum of 5-year solid experience about communications and/or employee relations
A creative and strategic thinker, and hands-on execution; strong planning and priority setting skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective interpersonal/communication skills including a good command of both Chinese and English spoken and written
Proven experiences in managing agencies and project teams; And ability to identify and organize resources
Proficient in relevant tools for media applications
