Responsibilities

• Execute futures trading activities on behalf of institutional and corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution;
• Collaborate closely with the team, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment;
• Utilize coding skills to streamline trading operations, develop tools, and optimize workflow efficiency;
• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to improve trading strategies and client outcomes;
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all trading activities;
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, embracing a "make it happen" attitude to overcome challenges and deliver results;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's futures trading client base.
  
  

Requirement

• Extensive experience in commodities futures trading, preferably with a strong focus on China markets;
• Coding proficiency (e.g., Python) is a plus;
• Proven ability to work effectively during extended hours and under high-pressure situations;
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong and mainland China's regulatory and market environments;
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, contributing positively to a cohesive group dynamic;
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence and innovation;
• Strong analytical SKILLS and the ability to provide actionable market insights;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin;
