Commissioning Manager

Leinster

Due to continued expansion, our client require a Commissioning Manager for Leinster based projects. In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows:

Key responsibilities:

• Management of project commissioning for Data Centre projects.
• Ensure familiarisation and compliance with contract documents and procedures.
• Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
• Co-ordinate information & details in time for project delivery activities
• Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
• Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team

Specific Requirements

• Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Trade.
• 10 years experience in building services coordination.
• Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally projects experience in Data Centre/Industrial/ preferable.
• Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM, Microsoft.
