JOB SUMMARY

Above Green is an ascendent sustainability consulting company currently with 24 architects, engineers, and project managers who are making a difference on critical infrastructure, government, multifamily, educational, and office projects across 44 of the 50 states. We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Specialist to join our team as a Commissioning Agent.

As a Commissioning Agent your responsibilities will include:

• Complete Design Reviews
• Coordinate Contractor Kickoffs
• Develop Pre-functional and Functional Checklists
• Review MEP Submittals for Systems to be Commissioned
• Review TAB Reports in Preparation for Site Visits
• Travel to US Job Sites to Complete Functional Testing
• Develop Issues Log
• Deliver Final Commissioning Report

Travel is about 25% of the time.

The successful candidate must be organized, calm under pressure, and capable of maintaining clarity while managing multiple deadlines for multiple clients.
