What You Will Be Doing

• Work with the commissioning team to provide services from start to finish on multiple educational and healthcare projects
• Review Design Documents
• Review Submittals
• Perform progress Site visits
• Develop and review construction pre-functional/startup checklists
• Develop and perform system functional testing including seasonal testing
• Maintenance of Issues Log
• Review TAB report
• Development of systems manual
• Preparation of final commissioning report
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• EIT, PE or commissioning certification is preferred. (CxA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Experience with building automation systems.
• Experience with schools and healthcare projects
• LEED AP a big plus
