What You Will Be Doing
- Work with the commissioning team to provide services from start to finish on multiple educational and healthcare projects
- Review Design Documents
- Review Submittals
- Perform progress Site visits
- Develop and review construction pre-functional/startup checklists
- Develop and perform system functional testing including seasonal testing
- Maintenance of Issues Log
- Review TAB report
- Development of systems manual
- Preparation of final commissioning report
What You Need for this Position
- EIT, PE or commissioning certification is preferred. (CxA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
- Experience with building automation systems.
- Experience with schools and healthcare projects
- LEED AP a big plus
