Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Delhi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting client presentations, following up with potential leads, and providing exceptional customer service to retain and grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
