Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Commission-Based Business Development Lead Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Lead Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, attending networking events, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Networking, and Negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in the design and creative industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
