We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Commercial Territory Manager (CTM) to join our team and lead the charge in the Southeastern Texas region.
As the CTM for CertainTeed's Commercial Roofing team you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our portfolio of commercial/low slope roofing systems. Your mission will be to generate sustained demand and position CBI as the preferred choice among owners, architects, builders, contractors, and distribution customers.
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the commercial roofing industry and has a proven track record in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will live in the Houston, Texas area and be ready to continue growing our presence in South East Texas.

What's do you bring?
• At least 5 years of professional experience which includes managing customer relationships, sales presentations and closings of sales
• Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking
• Good interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills with good written and oral communication

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $70,000 to $105,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus pay. The targeted bonus amount is 45% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and bonus) for this position, is $101,500 to $152,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
