Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Broker focused on multifamily assets to join our growing team in downtown Charleston, SC. You’ll work closely with Wayne Simon and the Woodlock team to source, evaluate, and close high-impact opportunities for clients. This role is heavily focused on investment sales and relationship-buildingwithin the multifamily space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sales negotiations
• Represent landlords in multifamily investment sales
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and networking
• Create detailed market analyses and investment summaries
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and property owners
• Collaborate with internal team members on deal strategy and execution

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, preferably with a focus on multifamily
• Strong understanding of lease negotiations, tenant representation, and investment sales
• Excellent sales instincts and a passion for building client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Charleston, SC market is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
