Summary

**Commercial Ops Manager** The Commercial Operations Manager job owns operational direction of the onboarding and post close for commercial loans. While managing the team(s) led by manager(s) and team leader(s) within commercial operations, this job is responsible for execution of short to mid-term loan processing strategy, directing teams to process and manage loan applications, and ensuring compliance with bank and state policies, laws, and regulations. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Executes strategy and provides operational direction to the middle and back office of commercial banking to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal and external policies. + Implements and provides leadership, coaching, and process improvement initiatives that are necessary to improve the operational efficiency of all commercial businesses. + Manages relationships with other departments, such as branch banking to identify the business opportunities and improvements of bank commercial operation. Ensures functional area strategies do not negatively impact up/down stream execution. + Reviews commercial operation documentation and materials to ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations. + Works with internal/external audit/compliance teams ensuring adherance with corporate and regulatory policies. Audits compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures by monitoring operational processes. + Develops quality assurance and workflow strategies ensuring maximum efficiency with minimum defects. + Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of high quality commercial operations projects and engagement, motivation, and development of team. **Educational Requirements** + University (Degree) Preferred **Work Experience** + 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred **Physical Requirements** + Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work **Career Level** 9PL **Preferred Qualifications** + 7+ years of commercial operations experience + Strong background in commercial real estate servicing and funding. + Ability to travel up to 75% to Jacksonville, FL to EverBank's corporate office **Posting End Date:** 5/19/25 **Job Seeker Notice** EverBank, N.A. and Sterling Bank and Trust, a division of EverBank, N.A.
