Ontic's Creedmoor, NC, site is home to a number of specialist companies within the Ontic Group, including Firstmark, Twin Commander, and Metro Merlin. Our team is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join them. You will report to the Director of Commercial Operations and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.
To be considered for the Commercial Operations Manager opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred
* 10+ years of outside sales and/or commercial operations or administration experience in an aerospace business to business environment
* Experience working in a global cross-functional team
As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will:
* Spearhead all Lead Generation activities across the Commercial Ops function
* Use data analytics to identify and capture new leads in CRM, assign to the appropriate Sales Manager; collaborate to understand timing, win probability, and resources needed
* Implement a common sales reporting and governance process for all Commercial Ops Leads
* Prepare monthly reports for SLT/ELT, including regular status of lead generation activities across the Commercial Operations function
* Lead the implementation of new sales tools and processes (e.g. CRM) including management of rollout of sales training
* Drive a customer-centric culture by collaborating with the program teams at the site level to ensure timely delivery of products in line with purchase order requirements
* Help develop and implement a new global sales pipeline process at the Creedmoor site, with standard metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of the sales pipeline/sales funnel and drive efficiency improvements across the business

Salary Range:
* $115,000 - $130,000/year, based on experience
