Responsibilities Supervise all the project commercial matters and QS which are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and maximize profitability & sustainable growth of the company business Establish robust commercial management systems on revenue, cost, cashflow, changes, claims, subcontracting and subletting Responsible for providing quantity surveying services including preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tenders, contracts and financial statements, final accounts and settlement of claims Coordinate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective commercial management Execute effective commercial and contractual plans to protect the Company's interests and maintain positive clients' relations Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or an equivalent discipline At least 10 years of relevant working experiences in commercial management and quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale fitting-out projects in Hong Kong Strong understanding of contract law, tendering, and negotiation processes In-depth knowledge of construction contract, cost management and commercial best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua Immediately available is preferred Success Base Bonus/Allowance Marriage & Newborn Baby Blessing Long-term Contribution Reward & Retirement Reward QS Bonus Education Allowance And more...
