Private Banking is a vital area in Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy, with goals to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones. We have a solid foundation of knowledgeable team members, advanced digital tools, and high-quality investment offerings. To further progress and unify our efforts, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager.

You will be part of Customer Engagement Private Banking, a newly established team focused on enhancing the commercial agenda and value chain for Private Banking customers across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. As Commercial Manager, you will plan and implement cross-Nordic activities, ensuring plans are carried out effectively. Your aim is to foster commercial momentum by increasing efficiency and scaling initiatives and practices across all markets.

This means you will:

  • Lead commercial development projects.
  • Identify and realise cross-Nordic commercial opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and frontline feedback.
  • Coordinate activities across digital touchpoints with colleagues in Sweden and Finland, ensuring prioritisation and progress on deliverables. Serve as a connector between teams to identify and expand synergies.
  • Map and mature cross-Nordic harmonisation in ways of working, identifying shared methodologies and formats for effective execution.

To succeed in this role:

  • You have an analytical mindset with a commercial perspective and experience in the financial sector or similarly complex environments, such as diverse stakeholder environments.
  • You have significant project management experience and strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse stakeholder environments.
  • You have experience in executing commercial activities, whether launching new products or developing segmentation models.
  • You are a team player with a history of achieving outcomes while maintaining relationships.

Your background may include consultancy, business management, marketing, communications, or commercial leadership. Experience in change management is beneficial and will aid in driving strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives forward.
