For their operation in Cologne, Germany, we are appointed to support with the search for a talented


Commercial Manager DACH (m/f/d)


Location: Cologne, hybrid work setup preferred

Travel: Approx. 30%, primarily within the DACH region

Reports to: Regional Manager, Central Europe


Role Objective

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition in the DACH region, with a focus on Germany
  • Further develop and optimize existing account management structures
  • Lead and grow a diverse and cross-functional team
  • Represent the company in the market and with strategic partners


Professional Requirements

  • Successful B2B sales experience, ideally in complex services or financial services
  • Experience in an international business context is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and manage (virtual) sales teams, preferably within the DACH region
  • Strong sales drive, with a focus on new client acquisition (approx. 70% hunting, 30% farming)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to understand team dynamics and adapt leadership style accordingly

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable managing across cultures and working with international interfaces
  • Strong communicator with presence and natural authority

Preferred Background

B2B sales or commercial management experience in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Financial services (e.g. leasing, factoring, credit insurance)
  • Receivables management / debt collection (a plus, not a must)
  • Consulting or business services
  • IT services with complex solution offerings
  • Ideally from companies with an international footprint
