Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance business. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and building strong, long-lasting relationships
• Assess client needs and provide expert advice on insurance products and coverages
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients
• Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and other service requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products
• Effectively manage and organize a large book of business, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Assist in the marketing and placement of new and renewal business
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
