We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance business. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and building strong, long-lasting relationships
Assess client needs and provide expert advice on insurance products and coverages
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients
Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients in a timely and accurate manner
Process policy changes, endorsements, and other service requests with accuracy and efficiency
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products
Effectively manage and organize a large book of business, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Assist in the marketing and placement of new and renewal business
Qualifications/Requirements
3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
