Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage our middle market clientele. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support for their insurance needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle market commercial accounts
- Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and coverage options
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims queries
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure optimal coverage and pricing
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting commercial lines insurance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Active P&C license
- Proven ability to manage middle market accounts
