Commercial Insurance Quality Control Manager

Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage.

• Spot check carrier downloads in agency management system
• Commercial Audits
• Create coverage checklist for staff to apply/recommend to new clients or at renewal
• Spot check recommended coverages were at least addressed, if not applied
• Oversee the work flow of the current Commercial Lines & Personal Lines Quality Control staff
