Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead 2-3 commercial construction projects from start to finish. This includes pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project close-out. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team and work closely with superintendents to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of 2-3 commercial construction projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams
• Ensure project quality, safety, and progress in coordination with site teams
• Handle project financials, forecasting, and change orders
• Participate in job walks, planning meetings, and progress reviews

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing project budgets from $1M-$5M
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, buyout, and logistics
• Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Microsoft Office and project management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the local construction market is a plus
