As an Assistant Project Manager you will work closely with the Project Manager to provide outstanding services to our mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare and adaptive re-use clients in the greater Atlanta area.
The Assistant Project Manager’s responsibilities will include a number of job related tasks including: assist with all documentation associated with each project; help to identify any lead-time problems or setbacks and work with the PM to resolve; effectively communicate with subcontractors and members of the project team; develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, clients and DCC team members and deliver each project to a successful completion.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
· 3-5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor
· Experience managing small projects or as part of a project team on larger, more complex projects
· Excellent critical thinking / problem solving skills
· Experience in managing projects in a rapidly growing organization
· Excellent communication skills
