Position Overview
The Commercial Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving growth and expanding the market presence of our disaster restoration services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with other team members to create effective strategies for promoting disaster restoration services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development of commercial clients within the disaster restoration industry
- Strong understanding of commercial business practices and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business initiatives
