With a focus on private label and hospitality, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Commercial Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.


Job description:

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the business development of our private label and hospitality divisions in the home deco sector. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. Additionally, you will lead our sales team, setting the direction and policies to achieve commercial objectives and increase revenue.


Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the private label and hospitality sector, develop tailored solutions for customers, and expand our customer base.


Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, both nationally and internationally.


Leadership: Lead and coach the sales team, develop their skills, and foster a results-oriented work environment.


Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and realizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.


Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop new opportunities and products.


Reporting & KPIs: Responsible for achieving commercial KPIs, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and providing strategic advice to the management team.


Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within (preferably) the home deco, private label, or hospitality sector.


Strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.


Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Strong analytical skills with a hands-on mentality.


Knowledge of trends and developments within the home deco sector is a plus.


Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
