The Strategic Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving Juniper's business growth and market share within a defined list of named accounts across key verticals such as:

  • Large Enterprises (e.g., Fortune 1000, Retail, Manufacturing)
  • Healthcare
  • Utilities
  • Tier 2/3 Service Providers
  • State and Local Governments
  • K-12 and Higher Education

This role involves leading all prospecting and sales opportunities across Juniper's solutions, reporting to the Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage, qualify, and develop both new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Product Specialists, Field Marketing, SDRs, Partner Account Managers, and Juniper's channel partners.
  • Understand named accounts' technical and operational use cases, demonstrating how Juniper's solutions can enhance their network and business outcomes.
  • Lead customer relationship strategies, including interactions with C-Level executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage complex, long-term customer relationships and opportunities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate Juniper's value proposition.
  • Lead prospecting efforts, customer meetings, and presentations.
  • Implement Juniper's sales playbooks and participate in local and regional events.
  • Develop proposal and opportunity win strategies.
  • Drive software sales and close sales opportunities.
  • Exceed both current quarter and annual sales quotas.
  • Acquire new clients and introduce new products.
  • Build a recurring revenue stream with franchise customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasts accurately, maintaining good Salesforce hygiene.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience with IT networking, specifically WiFi, Switching, SD-WAN, and Artificial Intelligence. Familiarity with Routing, Data Center Switching, and Security is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • High integrity, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Creative, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Strong prioritization, focus, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and ability to make a difference.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Minimum Salary: $177,280.00

Maximum Salary:$254,840.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $177,280.00 and $254,840.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
