We're seeking a
Commercial Account Executive to fuel our rapid growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, creating opportunities for our sales team, and being the first point of contact for prospective clients.

What You’ll Do
- Strategically develop and execute territory and account plans to engage new prospects, foster meaningful relationships, and unlock high-value new logo opportunities
- Proactively research target accounts, identify decision-makers, spark interest, and uncover critical business needs to drive pipeline growth and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to position Stratus as the premier MEP construction software platform, delivering compelling product narratives that resonate with client priorities
- Deliver timely, data-driven sales forecasts and insights to leadership, ensuring full visibility into pipeline health and progress toward goals
- Continuously sharpen competitive intelligence to clearly articulate Stratus’s unique value and differentiation in a crowded market
- Maintain pipeline integrity and sales hygiene through disciplined use of Salesforce.com, maintaining clean, current, and actionable data across all accounts and opportunities
- Drive new business through a multi-channel outreach approach, including strategic networking, relationship cultivation, cold outreach, personalized email campaigns, live demos, and timely execution of service agreements
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5+ years of full lifecycle sales experience in the SaaS industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and an ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

The Pay Range For This Role Is
180,000 - 220,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))
