Summary

ManTech seeks a Command Language Program Coordinator to support our growing Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) program in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performs data cleansing, data retrieval, data quality assurance and testing, provides data visualizations, and queries data bases relating to the Marine Corps CLP

  • Oversees and coordinates with ManTech Marine Air Ground Task Force CLPCs to inform organizing, training and equipping the Fleet with foreign language capabilities

  • Providing statistical data to the DC I, CLPMs, and unit CLPs to track effectiveness of language capabilities and instruction

  • Collecting, compiling and providing metrics from databases and developing required reporting relating to CLP

  • Maintaining and updating language related capabilities reports, training records and tasks

  • Providing analytical support for CLP updates using data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to support the development of data-driven improvements

  • Communicates with DC I and six units across the Fleet to coordinates support services relating to the CLP

  • Conducts preliminary data management including extensive research relating to CLP, assist organizing and structuring data, and discover hidden patterns or trends, and create reports

  • Collaborating with DC I and units to identify existing and emerging language training requirements

  • Providing recommendations for developing and updating the command language program training policies for approval by the command

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as: data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business analytics and at least 2 years of experience.  A total of 8 years of experience without a degree.

  • Ability to use MS Office

  • Ability to use data analytics tools: Excel, Power BI, QLIK, Python, SQL

  • Ability for two weeks travel per year (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous CLPC or CLPM experience

  • Familiarity with Marine Corps Orders and Department of Defense Directives relating to foreign language

  • Experience working with geographically disparate teams

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current TS/SCI security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Travel less than 5%
