Job Summary

Andy Frain Services is looking for a highly motivated individual that is multitask oriented to support one or more security contracts. The Command Center Operator is responsible for supporting all market segments within the organization. Command and control center specialists are responsible for managing and operating the nerve center of an organization, where information is processed, analyzed, and disseminated for effective decision-making and operational coordination. The command center operator role's activities could include phone calls and email communications, reviewing application statuses, corrective hiring errors, assistance in submitting STA applications, auditing for licensing and certifications, assisting employees and management with registration and account troubleshooting. He or she must possess and maintain a professional image and must demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Current Shift Vacancy: Monday through Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm

  • All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.
  • Administration -- assists in employee support aspects and overall support of the daily activity of branches and worksite's across the company. This would include.:
  • Activity related to supporting employee and candidate inquiries for applications across the company.
  • Resolution and problem solving related to log in and registration issues for employees and new hires.
  • Contacts corporate representatives and or field managers to follow up on employee inquiries.
  • Assists with simple employee pay inquiries and relays them through the appropriate channels.
  • Training -- works with the field in auditing and identifying training non-compliance, assists in updating compliance records as needed.
  • Compliance -- Works with the local management team to ensure the necessary licensing and certification information is available and updates records as needed.
  • The delivery of quality service and positive interaction with our customers is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this job description. The ability to greet virtually all visitors, vendors, and employees; while continuously maintaining the standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism.
  • Communicate with manager daily and weekly regarding productivity and special projects. Communicate daily and weekly regarding issues/changes that need to be implemented.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Command Center management.

Education Experience

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree or higher preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in Customer Service
  • Computer, Microsoft Office and tech savviness is a plus.
  • Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
  • Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
