Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of the command center.
  • Analyze incidents and prioritize response efforts effectively.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure swift incident resolution.
  • Relay critical information to stakeholders in real-time.
  • Document and maintain records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to improve operational processes.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Train and support team members on incident management software.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries of command center activities.
  • Manage escalations and ensure appropriate follow-ups.
  • Implement best practices for incident management and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and management.
  • Identify trends in incidents to improve future responses.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in crisis management scenarios as required.
  • Provide proactive support to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations or incident management.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with incident management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with service desk operations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
