The Sloane Automotive Group is currently seeking a licensed PA Appraiser/Estimator for our fast paced Collision Service Center located in Malvern, PA. This is a Part -Time position, five day work week with hours from 10am-3pm. Qualified candidates will examine damages and efficiently prepare estimates of detailed work needed for collision repairs. This is in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines. The candidate will outline the requires time and repairs needed to restore the vehicle to pre loss condition. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, abide by a moral work ethic, and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers during stressful situations with compassion. Job Responsibilities and Requirements Possess excellent organization and time management skills. Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner. Effectively educate each customer about the insurance claim process, communicate clear payment procedures, maintain customer updates of approximate repair time. Expediently and accurately prepare all repair estimates. Supervise and route each repair including disbursement of all paperwork, organize scheduling, and maintain solid customer relations. 2 year experience preferred within the Auto Collision industry.
