We are seeking a social media intern to help further define and evolve the voice of Athletic Brewing Company across social media platforms. In this role, the intern will collaborate with marketing and multi-disciplinary creatives. This candidate will have demonstrated experience with content creation (video, photography) and adaptation for social media platforms and is comfortable in front of the camera. The Social Media Intern will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work with the Social Media Associate. Job Responsibilities: * Brainstorm and ideate platform-centric content that is engaging and is measurable * Develop video content geared towards TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts and contribute to the creative process * Scheduling time in our San Diego, CA Brewery to help produce content with our team is a must * Utilize your iPhone to create content at our brewery with and without talent/ teammates * Have knowledge of storyboarding, concepting, interviewing, and directing before capturing content * Grow TikTok channel with entertaining content * Assist with the analysis of TikTok and YouTube to measure the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly. * Showcase your knowledge and experience of what it takes to go viral * Produce high-quality, short-form video content with your iPhone for TikTok that aligns with our brand's values, voice, and messaging. * 5-10 videos per week * Review existing social content and analytics to identify areas for improvement * Ensure all imagery and video is engaging, inspiring, aspirational, and authentic to the Athletic Brewing voice. * Help strategize, brainstorm and bring new ideas to the table across TikTok and video in general * Stay up-to-date on current trends in the marketplace and curate a list of competitors' TikToks and trends for us to build off of while capitalizing on viral opportunities * This is a highly collaborative role, and the ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in this environment * Assist with other social media tasks as needed * Record, edit, and enhance videos using TikTok's built-in editing tools or external software to maintain a consistent and appealing visual style. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
