Collections Strategy Analyst

East Midlands (Hybrid role - 1 day in the office)

£45,000 Salary

Harnham are putting forward an exciting opportunity to create real change working within a smaller credit risk team as a Collections Strategy Analyst. You’ll be working alongside a team of analysts and reporting to the Collections Manager.

The Company

The company in particular are an online retailer with a credit risk department, meaning you’ll be able to benefit from a challenging yet rewarding environment. Currently, the company is very invested in growth and is in the process of launching a new product.

The Role

As a Collections Strategy Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing collections strategies. You’ll also be involved in various other projects, including monitoring and reporting on customer arrears, providing insights and actions, and having the opportunity to support other teams within the credit risk space.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Experience driving insight in Collections Analytics
2. Strategy/Insights experience
3. Experience working in Credit Risk
4. SQL proficiency is REQUIRED
