Required:

• 2 - 4 years of Collections or directly related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure receivables are collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.
• Review open invoices to identify delinquent accounts.
• Initiates collection calls and emails.
• Research account discrepancies as well as customer complaints or disputes.
• Communicates collection results/problems with management, and escalates issues that are beyond job scope when necessary.
• Take complete ownership of managing information to various associates regarding correct billing and customer satisfaction on accounts.
• Make applicable notes in Master Mind (MMB) as to any pertinent collection activity or customer contact. Other duties as assigned.
