TEKsystems is actively hiring for entry level collections specialists in both St. Louis Park and Coon Rapids! **DIRECT PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY** Job Description + Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines while making outbound calls to collect on deceased debt + Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards + Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work + Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate estate information and identify potential money sources + Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines + Skip-trace accounts according to established practices provided in training + Assist in special projects as requested Skills customer service, outbound calling, call center, telemarketing, customer service oriented, outbound calls Additional Skills & Qualifications + HS Diploma or GED + 1+ years of customer service experience Preferred: 6+ months of collections or call center experienc Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $38480.00/yr.
