Job Title: Collections Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Discuss debts with customers and create payment plans
• Collecting payments via credit card or direct debit
• Negotiate settlements to accept a percentage of the debt

Job Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate/K12 graduate
• Have at least 6 months U.S. outbound collections experience
• Preferably with knowledge in debt collections techniques
