About the job

The jobholder performs collection activities for pre-delinquent and past due accounts. The position is also responsible for the achievement of set targets and productivity standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures.

What you’ll do:

• Handle collection call outs
• Maintain update records of loan payments and client information
• Monitor progress of existing loans/dues; Coordinates with clients on payments, payments options,
• Prepare statements and recon on clients’ loan
• Write Collection letter
• Address various customer issues
• Evaluate and recommend approval/disapproval of requests for waiver of charges

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Proven working experience as collection associates for lending and credit card
• Willing to work long hours and during weekend and holidays; shifting schedule
