WPB Credit and Financial Crime Risk Control - Credit Control Services We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Collections. Principal responsibilities Lead, plan and co-ordinate a wide range of projects, offshoring migration, process review, system and manpower related issues to ensure smooth delivery of credit collection services Provide prompt responses and recommendations on credit policies to adapt to the fast and changing market Take legal proceedings against debtors by instructing external legal firms; representing the bank to attend court hearing and liaising with Official Receiver’s Office / Outside Trustee on bankruptcy related matters Handle and manage debt collections agencies (Third Party engagement), formulate guidelines for DCAs and ensuring their adherence to Group, HASE and regulatory guidelines Propose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to the review findings, customer feedback and business needs Requirements University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in credit risk or complaint handling and project management, in relation to retail banking products Good understanding of portfolio management technique including analytics Strong interpersonal / leadership skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes Visit Hang Seng Career Page and sign up with our Talent Community to receive the latest information about our career opportunities in Hang Seng Hong Kong.
