Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Collection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, resolving financial discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and collect outstanding payments from customers via phone, email, and visit
- Resolve financial discrepancies and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve collection processes
- Meet and exceed collection targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and collections
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
