About the Role

We are actively hiring a Cold Calling Executive for our night shift on-site sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are comfortable working overnight hours from our office location.

You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients (primarily international markets), introducing our products/services, generating interest, and qualifying leads for the senior sales team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls during the night shift to international prospects
  • Clearly communicate the company’s offerings and value proposition
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Follow up via phone and email to nurture leads
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and qualified leads
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Continuously improve outreach strategy based on feedback and metrics


Requirements
  • Must be available to work night shifts and report on-site
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to remain focused and energized during night hours
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in international sales or B2B lead generation
  • Prior exposure to the US/UK/Canadian markets
  • Ability to adapt pitch and tone to different industries or customer personas
