⭐️  We’re Hiring: Cohort Program Coordinator ⭐️

The Cohort Program Coordinator will play a critical implementation role within the GGI Clean Indoor Air & GHG Reduction Initiative. This individual will support four annual district cohorts (10 school districts in each cohort) in carrying out sustainable Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reduction strategies. In close collaboration with the Program Manager for Capacity Building, the Cohort Coordinator will serve as the go-to support contact for school districts, assisting in the adoption of school board policies conducting walkthroughs, tracking and inputting data, and connecting districts to technical assistance opportunities.

🍃  What You’ll Do:

Cohort Support & Implementation

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned cohort districts, including communicating regularly via email, phone, and Zoom, and supporting coordination tasks on-site.
• Conduct baseline walkthroughs at school sites and support the use of EPA tools and checklists (e.g., IAQ Tools for Schools, Energy Star Portfolio Manager [ESPM]).
• Assist districts in adopting IAQ management and GHG reduction policies and establishing district-level strategies.
• Input data into ESPM and support districts in running and interpreting reports.
• Provide support to school district staff in completing required data collection tools and walkthrough reports.
• Assist in setting up meetings with district leaders and school board members to align policy and practice.

Administrative Support & Grant Opportunities

• Maintain detailed tracking of cohort progress across districts, flagging issues and supporting timely follow-ups.
• Contribute to grant reporting by collecting data and assisting with the analysis and synthesis of district-level progress.
• Identify and present opportunities for school districts to apply for additional sustainability-related grants and programs. 
• Help districts understand how their work fits into broader federal, state, and nonprofit funding or recognition opportunities.

📍 FULL-TIME; Hybrid (Travel/on site presence will be required once a month for up to 4 days at a time to various school districts during the 10 months of the school year and one (1) conference across the country to provide comprehensive project management support.)
