We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager (RM) . The RM will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and offering tailored investment solutions across a range of financial products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition :
Identify and onboard new clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Present the firm’s broking services and financial products to potential clients and tailor offerings to suit their needs.
Client Relationship Management :
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and investment advice.
Regularly review client portfolios and offer recommendations based on market trends and investment goals.
Investment Advisory :
Provide clients with in-depth market insights and guide them on equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment instruments.
Assist clients with portfolio management and advise on trading strategies in line with their financial objectives.
Revenue Generation :
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by driving brokerage fees, commissions, and cross-selling financial products such as Mutual funds, Insurance, Bonds, Advisory , PMS etc.
Risk Management :
Educate clients about market risks and trading practices, ensuring that their investments align with their risk tolerance.
Compliance & Documentation :
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC, anti-money laundering (AML), and other financial regulations.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
