We're hiring 2 Remote Coders for a temporary 6 month role focused on oncology outpatient services. This is your chance to work flexibly, get paid weekly, and make a real impact. 💼✨

🔍 What You’ll Do

• 🧬 Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier codes for outpatient oncology services (infusions, E&M visits, biopsies, GI, pulmonary, oral medicine, and more)
• ✅ Maintain 95%+ coding accuracy and meet a daily productivity goal of 75 accounts
• 🔄 Work coding edits, denials, and documentation issues using clinical knowledge and problem-solving
• 🤝 Collaborate in a transparent, team-first environment focused on process improvement

📌 Must-Have Qualifications

• 🎓 Active credential: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, COC, or CCS-P
• 💼 2+ years of outpatient facility coding experience
• 📘 Strong grasp of APCs, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers
• 💉 Prior experience with oncology or infusion coding
• 💻 Experience with EPIC, 3M, and nThrive (or similar systems)

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Health Informatics or HIM
• 🧠 Knowledge of transplant or oncology coding, E&M, infusion/surgical coding, double coding
• 🧾 Familiar with EPIC HB, ORCA, and Mindscape
