Summary

JOB TITLE: Coder - Certified The Coder reviews medical records, codes patient charges, and process in a timely manner, and assists various facility staff and physicians. Responsible for medical billing and account follow-up, transmitting patient care information, resolving discrepancies, adjusting patient bills, and preparing reports. Must be proficient at utilizing UB92 and HCFA 1500 electronic and manual billing processes. Must be an effective communicator who can express herself/himself on a daily basis in a professional manner both verbally and in writing, as well as a proactive professional who can identify collection trends and solve them in a timely manner. Qualifications * Requires CCPC Certification/License * Medical Terminology * ASC Coding experience for Spine, Orthopedic and pain management Experience * 1-year Certified Coder & Biller Work Shedule * 8:30 - 5:30 * Full Time In-Hours Position (not a remote position) All Full Time & Part Time employees are eligible for a quarterly Financial Bonus Plan.
