Summary
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in mainframe environments, with a focus on architecture and system design.
Mainframe (COBOL) experience - architect/analyst, Java, financial banking systems, architectural/solution design experience, communicative, organized, cooperative
Banking experience required
Experience with mainframe modernization and integration with distributed systems or cloud environments.
Proficiency in mainframe performance tuning, capacity planning, and systems management.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools in mainframe environments.
Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
