Responsibilities: * Cobol Engineer will analyze the requirements * Design the better solution aligned * Create processes/programs to cover the needs and requirements in the analysis phase * Unit test aligned with the better practices and do the revisions to eliminate errors * Design and implement tests that will help in the end-to-end quality of major deliverables; Analyze testing results and report issues found * Review test results with the team, complete final program documentation * Prepare the whole documentation to follow the change management process to deploy the processes/programs in production environment * As a Cobol Engineer, you will participate in the post-implementation of production processes/programs, ensuring the delivery of the information required for the project * Iterate as many times needed, according to the needs of the project, to guarantee the delivery of the information* Cobol Engineer with over 2 years of experience programming * Operating System: Linux, UNIX * Languages: Cobol, JCLs * Scripting language: Shell Script, PowerShell * DB: Oracle * Microfocus, Eclipse
