Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Co-Teachers to join our team at our middle school. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and student growth, bring creativity to their instruction, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction
* Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals
* Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations
* Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
* Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
* Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives
* Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities
* Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and lesson planning
* Adhere to all school, district, and network policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
* Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)
* Must pass a criminal history background check
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary range: Starting at 55K, commensurate with experience

Staff are evaluated under the Achieve NJ Teacher Evaluation system, which includes:
* Teacher Practice
