About us:
pHlower is an early-stage start-up from the TUM Campus Straubing, founded by Master’s students in Bioeconomy and Sustainable Management & Technology.
Our product is a biosensor-integrated packaging solution that assesses the freshness of food in real time. pHlower creates a dual impact: it helps reduce food waste while also protecting consumer health by preventing the consumption of spoiled food.
We are currently being represented in the "BioTech Ventures" course. It is a High-level project-based course in cooperation with TUM Venture Labs, TUM, MIT and Stanford, organized by the Chair of Innovation and Technology Management, an exceptional course introduced to Straubing students for the first time this semester. The course is worth 6 ECTS credits.
