Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co Editor at Sahityashala, located in New Delhi. The Co Editor will be responsible for overseeing content creation, editing submissions, coordinating with writers and poets, and ensuring the quality and consistency of published works. Additionally, the Co Editor will manage editorial calendars, develop themes for upcoming issues, and participate in strategy meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent Editing, Proofreading, and Copyediting skills
• Experience in content creation, creative writing, and content strategy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Hindi language and familiarity with Hindi literature
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in literary communities or publications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Literature, Communications, or related field
