Position - CNC VMC- Operator cum Setter

Qualification ITI/ Diploma (Mechanic)

Mandatory - Fanuc operating experience is mandatory

Exp 3 to 8 yrs

Job Location Attibele, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Efficiently operate CNC VMC machines to produce Precision components.
• Setter: Operator should understand CNC program whenever required he Should edit as per drawing and to meet production requirements.
• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise part manufacturing.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all produced parts.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and programming errors.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Strictly follow safety protocols and regulations.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in operating CNC VMC machines
• Strong programming skills in VMC CNC programming languages
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and GDamp;T
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
