Position Overview

As a CNC Systems Maintenance Specialist, your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines and facility equipments. Your skill in troubleshooting and maintenance will directly impact our operational goals and site objectives.

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage the installation and upkeep of CNC and plant machinery, including multi-functional and complex-axis machines.
• Conduct both immediate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Engage in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with an aptitude for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Interpret and follow detailed manuals and work orders to maintain machinery effectively.
• Diagnose equipment issues, undertake repairs, and certify operational readiness.
• Execute regular check-ups on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Utilize a broad spectrum of tools for maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Identify operational anomalies, ensuring they are reported swiftly.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure a tidy working environment.
• Be adaptable to additional tasks as needed.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Technical degree required, Bachelor's or Associate's in a related field preferred.
• A solid 3-5 years in CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting is mandatory.
• Experience with machines from DMG MORI or MORI SEIKI and controls by Fanuc or Siemens is advantageous.
• Must have the ability to read and understand complex diagrams.
• Basic arithmetic skills and proficiency in English are necessary.
